The definition of "anthropomorphize" is: "Ascribing human form or attributes to a non-human entity". By definition this means virtually anything can be anthropomorphized, except a human. The attribution of human traits to a human is called "psychology".

I can't think of anything. People can be anthropomorphised in as much they can be compared to other people, perhaps in generalised, nevertheless anthropomorphic, terms

As with every subjective question, to a great extent it depends upon your definition of the term. It can be argued that even scientific observation of physical phenonama is affected by our senses. The only thing that comes to mind that I think might qualify is simple math.
