What are ways to turn a floating tremolo bridge into a fixed bridge while still be able to able to go back to being a floating bridge?

Is there a way to do this without drilling or doing any permanent changes?

Sure. A lot of people just put a wooden wedge inside the bridge cavity to prevent it from moving. No permanent modifications, just a block of scrap wood you can make yourself. Another method is to tighten up the springs all the way so that the bridge is pulled tight against the body. Of course, you'll have to readjust the bridge height and intonation afterwards, but it's totally reversible and no parts needed. Here's a couple of descriptions of how it's done. https://blog.zzounds.com/2017/04/18/how-to-deck-or-block-your-tremolo/ https://www.sweetwater.com/insync/blocking-strat-tremolo-2/
