Her daughter Ora is 3, also a mulatto, b. SC. Texana's husband is Jasper, age 25, mulatto, b. SC, farmer. All 4 of their parents were b. SC. Ancestry thinks this is them in 1900 1900; Census Place: Hall, Anderson, South Carolina; Page: 10; Enumeration District: 0053; Jasper Mackey 50 Texanna Mackey 39 Furman Mackey 20 Thompson Mackey 16 Bessie Mackey 13 Lawyer Mackey 11 Dewitt Mackey 9 Clyde Mackey 6 John Mackey 4 Maggie Mackey 1 They are now black, not mulatto.
